How to use:
Apply to dry, clean skin 20 minutes before going out and rub in. For an average-sized adult, approximately 35 ml should be used. This is equivalent to 1 teaspoon of sunscreen on each arm, leg, front of body, back of body, and face (including neck and ears).

Apply sunscreen to remaining exposed areas of skin. Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun, never rely on sunscreen alone, and do not extend your time in the sun with family members.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
To ensure adequate protection, the Cancer Council recommends reapplying all sunscreen every 2 hours or immediately after swimming, sweating or toweling off.

Not suitable for babies under 6 months. Avoid contact with eyes and broken or damaged skin. If irritation occurs, rinse thoroughly with water, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice if necessary.
